Structure and Principle:
The stainless steel pressure gauge system consists of various components such as connectors, springs, gear transmission mechanisms, indicating devices (pointer and dial), and housing, pressure relief back cover, and gauge glass. The housing is of an airtight structure, effectively protecting the internal components from environmental impacts and contaminants, while also preventing the leakage of silicone oil in liquid-filled gauges. Additionally, this instrument features a rigid stainless steel interlayer between the sensitive components and the gauge glass, which protects users from debris and measurement medium damage in case of accidental bursting. Furthermore, once the pressure inside the gauge case exceeds a certain value, the quick pressure relief stabilizing back cover located on the back of the instrument will open to release the pressure inside the gauge case. Moreover, liquid-filled gauges are also capable of resisting the impact of harsh working environments and pulsations in medium pressure.
